Our Principal
Norchester & Co is led by Lanre Ibraheem, Founder and Principal. Lanre has over a decade of experience building core engineering infrastructure and leading engineering organisations across fintech, open banking, and global SaaS.
He co-founded Usetunnel, where he served as Chief Technology Officer, leading engineering architecture and strategy through to its acquisition. He contributed to building Africa’s first open banking infrastructure. He currently serves as a Senior Engineering Manager at Deel, leading teams responsible for payroll infrastructure operating across 150+ countries and processing over $20B annually.
